Production method 1. Making zongzi: wash glutinous rice, soak it in clear water for about 6 hours, and drain the water for later use; Wash the Indocalamus leaves and soak them in water. Take 2 pieces of Indocalamus leaves, overlap 1/3, then roll them into a cone shape, add glutinous rice according to the amount, seal and wrap them into a pyramid shape, and tie them tightly with hemp rope to get the green zongzi.
2. Maturity: After jiaozi is wrapped, put it in a pot, add water and cook for about 2 hours on medium heat. Peel off the leaves when eating, put them in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
