The formula is 20 hawthorn, 200 grams of white wine, 40 grams of rock sugar, and sealed glass bottles.

Kumquat wine

Method (1) Remove the pedicels of kumquat, wash it, put it in a bowl, pour in water, add salt, soak it for about 15 minutes, and wash it to remove surface impurities; (2) Dry and drain the washed kumquat; (3) Draw a cross on the top of kumquat with a knife, so that kumquat is easy to taste; (4) take a wine soaking container and dry the water; (The bottle soaked in kumquat must be dried, otherwise it will go bad easily) (5) Add kumquat and rock sugar, and finally pour in white wine without kumquat rock sugar; (6) Cover it and put it in a cool and dry place. It can be eaten after 1 month.
Plum wine
The formula is 4 kg of fresh plums, 500 g of rock sugar, about 4 kg of high-alcohol wine, and sealed glass bottles.
Method (1) 4 kg of fresh plums, washed with a small amount of flour, cut a knife on the plums with a knife, remove the pedicle and dry; (2) clean the sealed glass bottle and dry it for later use; (3) placing the processed plums in a sealable container, adding crystal sugar, and slightly stirring; (4) Finally, add high-alcohol wine, seal the jar and put it in a cool and dry environment for 2 months before drinking.
Litchi wine
Formula: 750g of fresh litchi, 35 ~ 60 grain wine1500g, proper amount of crystal sugar, sealed glass bottle. (Because the sugar content in litchi is high, rock sugar can be put in according to people's preferences, and rock sugar can be left out if you don't like sweetness. )
Method (1) Peel litchi, wash and air dry for later use; (2) after the sealed glass bottle is cleaned, it is dried for later use; (3) Put the litchi pulp into the bottle, and then pour in the white wine and crystal sugar; (4) Store it in a cool and dry place, and keep it sealed for 1 month.
Plum wine
Formula: green plum, white wine, crystal sugar and sealed glass bottle. (The ratio of green plum, white wine and rock sugar is 1: 1:0.5).
