Ingredients: 100g flour
Seasoning: 200ml water, 15g dark soy sauce, 20g sugar, 20ml cooking oil, 5g allspice, 2g salt
Steps:
1. Prepare flour.
2. Water, dark soy sauce, and white sugar, stir evenly.
3. Pour cooking oil into the pot and preheat.
4. Pour the batter into the pot.
5. Add allspice powder and salt.
6. Stir fry evenly over medium heat.
