Ingredients: 2 chicken legs, half a white onion, half a carrot, half a cucumber, and 2 bowls of rice (for 2 people).

Chicken leg marinade: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon salt.

Sauce: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp white wine, 1 tbsp chicken essence, 5 tbsp water, 2 tbsp honey (finally).

3, the sauce is more flexible. If there is no white wine, you can use red wine or cooking wine instead. If you don't like it too sweet, you can add some salt to the sauce, or you can use the bought braised sauce directly, and so on. It can be prepared according to your own taste.
