Cooking in a pressure cooker is all based on experience. Here are a few home-cooked dishes that take time to introduce to you: braised pork for 13-15 minutes; braised pork for about 20 minutes; stewed beef for 40 minutes; stewed chicken (duck) or braised chicken for 8-10 minutes; steamed Cook corn for 8 minutes; steam sweet potatoes (yams) for 8-12 minutes depending on the size of the pieces; stew large bone soup for about 15 minutes. The above time is calculated when the pressure cooker starts to exhaust. These are basically the dishes that use pressure cookers at home, for reference only. The above times are definitely all figured out by me in my daily life.
