Our research department conducted a comprehensive survey on the summer practice of all students in our department from grade 03 to grade 0 1, and found that the practice of students in our department was in full swing this year, with various forms and abundant talents. Through different forms, students have exercised their abilities to varying degrees, got physical exercise, and been inspired and sublimated ideologically, so that everyone has the experience of life and practice, which will play an important role in their future study, life and work. In order to further encourage students in our department to participate in social practice and guide them to actively participate in practice, our department successfully held a "Summer Practical Experience Exchange Meeting" at 7: 00 pm on September 19, where practitioners spoke freely and shared their experiences. Thirdly, I summarize the summer activities of my department into three major activity sections: one is the practical activity section organized by teachers and leaders in the department. In a word, Secretary Zhou led some students to participate in the marketing skill competition. He took time out of his busy schedule to give guidance and encouragement to the players. In order to cherish this hard-won opportunity, the participating students made unremitting efforts, fully prepared and actively met the challenge. Teacher Feng Jiandong led some students to conduct in-depth field visits and research on some advantageous enterprises in urban areas. In order to ensure the safety of members and the smooth progress of practice, Mr. Feng unified command and strengthened management. After the students collected a large amount of real enterprise information, Mr. Feng and Professor Cai personally guided them to screen and modify the information and guide them to form their own academic papers or investigation reports. This activity has trained students' ability to judge and analyze things, as well as their ability to adapt to unfamiliar environment. There are also some students led by xu teacher, who are investigating the low-income families in Zhengzhou. During the actual investigation, the practice team encountered many problems, but all of them were solved under the leadership of xu teacher, who had more experience in leading the team. From the practical compositions of some group members, I learned that the students worked hard, but everyone was happy, because they felt a lot from it, which aroused their deep thinking, inspired their future work, life and study, and provided a strong spiritual motivation for their initiative in the future. In addition, after the leaders of our department discussed with Bafang Electric, many students have the opportunity to enter Bafang to participate in practice and accumulate experience. There are also Zhengzhou Enterprise Planning and Management Consulting Co., Ltd. run by teachers of our college to provide job opportunities for some students in our department, as well as activities organized by the Youth League Committee of our college to go to the countryside and so on. The efforts of these teachers and leaders have enabled as many students as possible to gain valuable practical experience. At the same time, it also adds to their colorful summer life. Second, some students in our department spontaneously contact with work, so that students in our department have the opportunity to participate in practical exercises together. In holiday practice, because many college students lack social experience, they don't want to and dare not participate in summer social practice alone. Therefore, some students began to look for job opportunities for themselves and more students to exercise themselves and accumulate experience, so that many students can carry out practical activities together, and some students also set up their own organizational teams among their classmates, thus reducing work risks and increasing everyone's interest in work. And in the process of work, we have cultivated our team consciousness and made everyone realize the importance of teamwork. In the job search, they were cheated out of some money by some illegal intermediaries, and with the efforts of * * * *, they got reasonable treatment methods and optimistic results. Throughout the development of any organization and department, it is inseparable from each team. The success or failure of the team directly affects the fate of each member, so most enterprise teams pay special attention to it now. What they gain most from this practice is how to establish a sense of teamwork in their work, which provides great capital for their future employment. Self-practice part. Some students go back to their hometown to look for practical opportunities during the holidays, and the forms of practice are very rich. Some students independently designed questionnaires, some investigated the development potential of breakfast market in a certain area, some investigated the problems existing in rural areas, some investigated the internal management and economic structure of enterprises, some investigated the color TV industry in Zhengzhou, and so on. The novelty of these contents, the innovation of behavior and the breadth of ideas are an innovation in this summer's practice, and there are many freshmen. This shows that although they don't have much theoretical knowledge, they already have the brains and vision of businessmen, and they know how to look at the market and find opportunities and entry points to enter the market. I think students who have practiced in this way will do well when they learn theoretical knowledge and turn it into the ability to combine with practice. At the same time, it shows that they have strong thinking ability, innovative consciousness and practical ability, paving the way for them to adapt to the fierce social development trend in the future. From the overall comparison of the practice of the first grade, sophomores pay more attention to simple part-time jobs; Junior students are more mature and tend to plan the ideas and concrete implementation of organizational plans; Senior students focus on finding many phenomena or working methods and processes in enterprises in practical work. It is normal for the three grades to practice differently, which helps to improve students' ability to varying degrees. Some students also engaged in some entrepreneurial activities during the summer vacation, some worked with others to open up markets for newly-started enterprises, some organized some people to set up a nominal small company, and some acted as agents for a company in a certain area. Generally speaking, individual entrepreneurship has made many truly capable people sublimate themselves and turned students full of scholar flavor into social people with social breath. Many students offer training courses. Some students train English, while others train math. Another innovation of this summer practice is that some students began to use their professional knowledge to enter factories or enterprises to guide or train some adults. Summing up the above practical activities, we can see that our business department has made brilliant achievements in the practical activities this summer, far reaching the expected results. Because many students really enter the society, participate in practice during the holidays, integrate theory with practice, and meet the requirements of proofreading "applying what they have learned". It is particularly worth mentioning that this practice has two innovations compared with the past: first, some students began to conduct their own investigations and studies on a specific market they chose with keen vision and business acumen; Secondly, some students use their professional knowledge in management, marketing and economics to guide or train others.
