Use sticky rice flour for rice roll rice paste. The method is as follows:
1. Put rice flour, corn starch, and clear noodles into the same plate.
2. Add water to make a particle-free slurry.
3. Prepare a deep plate, brush a layer of oil on the surface of the plate, scoop in an appropriate amount of batter and mix evenly.
4. Sprinkle some minced meat and green onions.
5. Place the plate into the boiled steamer and steam over high heat for 5 minutes.
6. Use a scraper to roll up the rice rolls from the plate, and then divide them into two parts in the middle.
