Step 2: Cut panko into small pieces, add water starch and scrub well.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pot, saute onion, ginger, star anise and pepper.
Step 4: Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt to taste, then add the soaked dried eggplant, and add another bowl of water to boil until the meat and dried eggplant are crispy.
Step 5: Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
