Put the diced pickled radish or pickled mustard tuber and the diced dried chilli into the pot, stir-fry until the smell and pickled mustard tuber look a little dry, and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot (you should weigh the oil. If there is enough oil in the pot to scramble eggs and rice, you don't need to pour it again. When the oil is hot, pour in the beaten eggs and crush them with a spatula.

First put the eggs on one side of the pot, pour the rice on the other side (the rice should be cooked in advance), and stir-fry the rice with a spatula.

Then pour in the mustard tuber granules and stir-fry them with eggs and rice.

Taste salty, pour in soy sauce (this is my personal habit, sometimes I like to use soy sauce instead of salt), turn off the fire, put monosodium glutamate, and you can start the pot.
