The taste of silver needle mushroom and golden needle mushroom is also very different. Silver Needle Mushrooms have a delicious flavor, while Golden Needle Mushrooms have a lighter flavor, but a more refreshing taste.

Methods of selecting enoki mushrooms:

1, look at the appearance of the packaging: when buying enoki mushrooms, first of all, you need to choose enoki mushrooms that have complete packages and clear indication of their origin. If the golden needle mushrooms are of poor quality, the appearance can be observed damp discoloration. Therefore, you should not buy or consume yellow enoki mushrooms that have a sour odor after opening, and at the same time, you will find that brown or black spots will appear.
