1. Ingredients: 7 chicken wings, 500g Korean fried powder, appropriate amount of crushed peanuts, 10g curry powder, 5g ginger powder, 5g salt, 5g black pepper, 10ml sake, tomato sauce 40g, 10g strawberry jam, 20g Korean hot sauce, 50g sugar syrup, 10g garlic paste, 135g water, 45g fried powder.
2. Add curry powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder, salt and Korean sake to the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
3. Put the washed chicken wings into the mixing bowl and let it sit for about half an hour.
4. Add maltose syrup, strawberry jam, ketchup, Korean hot sauce and minced garlic to the pan.
5. Heat over low heat, stir evenly and bring to boil.
6. Mix purified water and Korean fried powder in a ratio of 7:3 to form a batter.
