Raw materials for cooking beef:

Onion. 1/4, garlic. 2 cloves, ginger. 2 ~ 3 slices, granular black pepper .. 1/2 teaspoons, onion.1small pieces, 2000ml of clear water.

Steps of Korean spicy beef soup

1. soup: add black pepper, onion, ginger and garlic to a piece of beef and cook for 1.5 -2 hours. Tear beef into shreds along the grain, add Jiang Mo, minced garlic and soy sauce, and marinate. Finally, put them in the soup together. You can also marinate minced garlic from Jiang Mo with side dishes and add them to the soup. Add beef separately and keep the soup.

2. Koreans cook soup. I guess this habit is because beef used to be expensive and scarce, so you can make the best use of it by cooking soup first and then tearing it apart to eat meat. .

The ingredient of this soup in Korea is dried bracken, but I didn't sell it around, so I replaced it with melons and bean sprouts that are easier to find. You can also change it to your favorite ingredients. If you have dried bracken, soak it first, cut it short, and then cook it in soup.

4. Material: sliced wax gourd, washed bean sprouts, and soaked sweet potato vermicelli in hot water first. Add ingredients to the soup, add Jiang Mo, minced garlic, Chili powder, beef powder, pepper, Chili sauce, sesame oil and a little soy sauce, and cook until the ingredients are cooked. Add beef and beat an egg yolk to eat while it is hot.
