Measure the garlic by removing the skin and the old leaves. p>2. Remove the outer skin and old leaves of wild garlic and wash and set aside

3. Remove the leaves other than stems from the wild garlic.

4. Add about fifteen grams of salt and marinate the wild garlic for about an hour, until it becomes soft and juicy.
