working methods
1. The previous steps are the same as steaming ribs with soy sauce. Don't wash it with water yet, mix it with proper amount of salt and raw flour and marinate it with a little water for half an hour. ?
2. Wash the marinated ribs, wrap them in a clean towel and wring out the water. ?
3. Put the sour plum sauce, sugar, oil, corn flour and water into the ribs and mix well. If you want to use the juice of steamed pork ribs to make a meal, you can put more water. ?
4. Steam the ribs in the pot for ten minutes. ?
