1. Land preparation and fertilization: The greenhouse should be located in a sunny and leeward location, and mix farmyard manure, phosphate fertilizer, ammonium sulfate and sieved garden soil.

2. Select varieties: garlic heads are plump, good in color and 4-5cm in diameter. Part of the old garlic sprouts should be cut off.

3. Process garlic seeds: Soak them in cold water for 12-24 hours. After softening, soak them in water and cover them with thatch. You can also soak them in warm water at 45°C for 2-3 hours.

4. Planting: Place the garlic heads neatly in the seedbed, water them and cover them with 5-6cm of fine sand.
