1. Land consolidation
(1) Choose plots with low groundwater (below .6m), deep and fertile soil layer, strong water and fertilizer conservation ability and good irrigation and drainage performance for planting.
(2) Apply 3-5kg of decomposed organic fertilizer, 25kg of calcium superphosphate and 2kg of potassium fertilizer as base fertilizer per mu.
(3) Dig deep into the soil, turn the fertilizer into the soil, and then level the trunk. The width of the compartment is 8cm, the height is 16-24cm, and the width of the compartment ditch is 33cm.
2. Planting
(1) Planting is carried out when the ground temperature at 1cm is stable above 8-1℃.
(2) If it is an early-maturing tomato variety, it is generally planted according to the seedling spacing of 5×25-3cm, and 45-5 seedlings are transplanted per mu. If it is a tomato variety with middle and late maturity, it is generally planted according to the seedling spacing of 5-6×33-35cm, and 35-4 seedlings are transplanted per mu.
3. Water and fertilizer
(1) Fertilizer
① Top dressing is carried out for the first time after the first ear begins to set fruit, and 25kg of compound fertilizer, or 15-2kg of urea and 2-25kg of calcium superphosphate are applied per mu. If potassium is deficient, 1kg potassium sulfate should be applied.
(2) When the second and third ear fruits begin to swell, they should be topdressed again according to the first topdressing method.
③ foliar topdressing. .2-.4% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, .2-.3% urea solution or 2% calcium superphosphate solution can be selected.
(2) Moisture
① After planting, it should be watered and permeable.
② after 4-5 days of field planting, water for delaying seedlings should be applied once, and no water should be applied until the fruit is set.
(3) After the first ear fruit is set, watering is started to ensure that the water content of the soil is controlled at 7-8%.
4. Management
(1) After the first ear is set, set up a herringbone frame and pay attention to tying the vines.
(2) Single-stem pruning: all the lateral branches except the trunk are removed when they are 4-7cm long.
(3) Double dry pruning: All the lateral branches are removed except the trunk and the lateral branches under the first inflorescence.
5. Emergence time
The emergence time of tomato seeds is related to the temperature, usually around 7-14 days (the temperature is too low, and the emergence speed is slow).
6. Temperature management
(1) From sowing to emergence: 28-3℃ during the day and 16-18℃ at night.
(2) From emergence to seedling separation: 2-25℃ during the day and 13-15℃ at night.
(3) seedling separation to slow seedling: 26-32℃ during the day and 16-18℃ at night.
(4) Slow seedling to hardening: 2-25℃ during the day and 13-15℃ at night.
(5) hardening seedlings to field planting: 2℃ during the day and 5-8℃ at night.
7. Seedlings are divided and tempered
(1) Seedlings are divided when the seedlings grow to two leaves and one heart, and the spacing between seedlings is controlled at 1×1cm or 8×1cm.
(2) 7-1 days before field planting, increase the ventilation rate and lower the temperature to temper the seedlings.
