Dietary contraindications:

2. Soft-shelled turtle and pork: Because the meat of pigs, rabbits and ducks is cold, and soft-shelled turtle is also cold, they are not suitable for food.
3. Soft-shelled turtle and amaranth: Amaranth is sweet in taste, cold in nature, which makes people hurt their stomachs, while soft-shelled turtle is also cold in nature, which is difficult to digest when eaten together, and may lead to gastrointestinal stagnation.
4. Turtle and mustard: Mustard smells pungent and hot, which can warm the middle warmer and benefit qi, especially white mustard. Eating with nail fish is the opposite of hot and cold, which is not good for people. Therefore, it is not advisable to add mustard to soft-shelled turtle as seasoning.
