1. Ingredients: 1 piece of tofu, 10 shrimps, 30G crab paste, 1 egg, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of water, 3G of salt, 10G of starch, 2 tablespoons of soybean oil.
2. Add egg white and a spoonful of dry starch to the shrimp and mix well.
3. Blanch the tofu in boiling water for 3 minutes.
