Seven-day menu
Day 1 day
Breakfast: milk, steamed bread, poached eggs, oranges or apples;
Chinese food: rice, mandarin fish with scallion oil and fried spinach;
Dinner: rice, roast beef with potatoes, chopped wax gourd, seaweed and shrimp skin soup;
Evening dinner: bread and fruit.

Breakfast: tofu, whole wheat bread, banana or loquat;
Chinese food: rice, prawns, stewed lentils in oil, fried shredded pork;
Dinner: rice, boiled chicken, mushroom tofu, fried vegetables;
Dinner in the evening: biscuits and fruit.
the third day
Breakfast: yogurt, steamed bread, boiled eggs, pears or watermelons;
Chinese food: rice, braised duck, fried cabbage;
Dinner: rice, Mapo tofu, bone seaweed soup;
Dinner in the evening: eight-treasure porridge and fruit.
The fourth day
Breakfast: rice porridge, lettuce, meat buns, bananas or cucumbers;
Chinese food: rice, spiced beef, home-made tofu, tomato and egg soup;
Dinner: rice, steamed yellow croaker, fried green beans;
Dinner in the evening: biscuits, milk.
The fifth day (the beginning of the senior high school entrance examination)
Breakfast: soybean milk, fresh meat buns, boiled eggs, kiwi;
Chinese food: rice, shredded chicken with green pepper and pickled mustard tuber;
Dinner: fried rice, steamed hairtail and sliced meat;
Dinner in the evening: lotus and lily porridge.
sixth day
Breakfast: black rice porridge, knife-cut steamed bread, poached eggs and strawberries;
Chinese food: rice, fried pork liver, fried spinach;
Dinner: rice, braised eel, cold cucumber;
Dinner in the evening: millet porridge.
Seventh day
Breakfast: sweet milk, bread, jam, apple or cucumber;
Chinese food: rice, black fish fillets, sliced meat, carrots, stir-fried dishes;
Dinner: rice, braised pork chops, rice and eggplant.
