Required ingredients
Yu Zi tofu, edible oil, Flammulina velutipes, tomatoes, several green and red peppers, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and starch.
Practice steps
1, prepare a proper amount of Yu Zi tofu, Yu Zi tofu, that is, Japanese tofu, first cut it in the middle, slowly take out the tofu, and then cut it twice. Add starch to the cut tofu and let the tofu be evenly covered with starch. Put oil in a hot pan, add tofu, and fry slowly on low heat. After two minutes, turn over and fry again until the tofu skin is golden and crisp. Take out the pan and set aside.
2, the required side dishes, Flammulina velutipes torn, washed, boiled, removed oxalic acid, and then picked up for use. Peel the tomatoes, cut them with an oblique knife, remove their pedicels, and then cut them into diced tomatoes. Add a little juice, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of sugar, two tablespoons of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of starch to the bowl, and add water to stir well and melt.
3. Re-heat the pan and put the oil, add the scallion and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in diced tomatoes, stir-fry until the tomatoes melt, stir-fry tomato soup, then pour in Flammulina velutipes and fried tofu, pour in the prepared juice, cover and simmer for about three minutes, and finally add green and red peppers to decorate, and a delicious crispy tofu is ready.
