Ingredients: one pork heart, two millet peppers, one garlic head, ginger 1 piece, onion 1 piece, three star anise, pepper 1 spoon, two parsley, cooking wine 1 spoon, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Chili oil, and sugar/kloc.
Step 1: Cut the pig heart in half, and rinse the blood and impurities inside with clear water for later use.
Step 2: Cut the onion into appropriate sections, slice the ginger, add appropriate amount of water, 3 star anise, 1 spoon of pepper, 1 spoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of onion sections and ginger slices into the pot, boil the pork heart in cold water, turn it to low heat, and take it out for cooling after cooking for 8 minutes.
Step 3: Peel the garlic, pat it and cut it into minced garlic, cut the millet pepper into rings, rinse the coriander and cut it into half-finger-long sections, and cut the pig heart into thin slices.
Step 4: Add the prepared garlic into the small bowl, pour it with hot oil, and when the oil cools down, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of Chili oil, proper amount of salt and chicken essence, and stir evenly to fully blend the seasonings.
Step 5: Add the chopped pork heart, millet pepper rings and coriander segments into a large bowl, pour the prepared juice into the large bowl and stir thoroughly.
A refreshing spicy cold pork heart is ready.
