How to make vegetable jiaozi soup?
Mix minced meat with salt, starch, white pepper, Jiang Mo and chopped green onion. If it is too dry, add some water and beat an egg.
Ginger and garlic are mashed and cooked.
When cooking soup, rub the minced meat into balls with a spoon. After the soup is boiled, throw the meatballs into the pot.
Boil the meatballs for a while, and then add the milk cabbage and bean sprouts when they are all floating (you can drop some cooking oil or sesame oil into the soup).
