I always like to eat chicken feet with pickled peppers. The ones bought in the supermarket are too spicy and not cheap. Ingredients: chicken feet, pickled peppers, white vinegar, white sugar, pepper, star anise, fragrant leaves and ginger.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Wash chicken feet and remove toes.
Step 2: Cook the chopped chicken feet (if you want to taste them quickly, you can divide them into four parts). Boil the seasoning for 3 minutes first, and then put the chicken feet in the pot for 5-8 minutes.
