Fish head, tender tofu, onion, ginger, garlic and red onion
Exercise:
1. Wash the fish head, cut it in half, add a spoonful of cooking wine+a spoonful of soy sauce+a spoonful of oyster sauce+a proper amount of salt+a spoonful of starch+a few slices of ginger, stir well, add a spoonful of peanut oil, stir well, lock the water, marinate for 20 minutes, wash the tofu and cut into pieces, fry until both sides are golden, and put it away for use.
2. Pick up the marinated fish head (the marinade is left in the bowl for later use), fry until golden on both sides, and pour in a bowl of freshly boiled water.
3. Pour a little oil into the casserole, add red onion, garlic and ginger slices to stir fry, pour fish head and tofu, then pour marinade, cover and stew for 5 minutes, and finally sprinkle with onion segments.
