Black Pepper Steak
Ingredients used
Steak 150g, a little bit of pepper, moderate amount of salt, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, moderate amount of sugar, corn starch;
Recipe Directions---
1.Wash the steak and control the water, sprinkle it with salt and pepper, rub it well. And smear with a moderate amount of white wine
2. 30 minutes later. Preheat the oven for 1 ? minutes, put the tinfoil and the steak
3. After 1 minute turn over
4. Sear for one minute and turn over. If it's absolutely too dry, rub a little oil on the top of the steak and turn it over
5. After that, turn the steak over at 30-second intervals, about 3-4 times for almost 6 minutes. Drizzle with white wine and serve
6. Remove the tinfoil and use the residual heat from the stove to heat it up. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a little sugar
7. Heat a moderate amount of black pepper, mix well
8. Add a small spoonful of corn starch, mix well, and simmer until thickened
Teriyaki Steak
Ingredients
Beef Tenderloin, Onion, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Red and Yellow Peppers, Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Butter, Salt, Teriyaki Sauce;
Recipe Directions---
1. Beef tenderloin cut into thin and thick slices patted loosely with the back of a knife.
2. Sprinkle both sides with black pepper, salt, and Kukai One Hundred Teriyaki Sauce to taste.
3. Asparagus to remove the old roots and scrape off the skin, onion shredded, colorful peppers cut into pieces, mushrooms sliced.
4. Put a little olive oil in a pan on the heat, add the onion and sauté.
5. Add the marinated beef tenderloin.
6. Fry for about 1 minute, cover and simmer.
7. Fry until the top is browned, remove the steak and plate.
8. Add a little more butter to the pan and sauté the vegetables.
9. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are browned, then remove and plate the steak.
Roasted rib eye steak with tomato sauce
Ingredients
Rib eye steak, cucumber, green peppers, olive oil, salt, black pepper, red wine, tomato salsa, sugar
Recipe Directions---
1. Thaw the steak naturally. Preheat the oven, upper and lower heat, 220 degrees.
2. Pour olive oil into a skillet and shake the pan so that the oil hangs evenly in the pan.
3. When the oil is hot, lower the heat and add the steaks.
4. Fry until one side is colored, then turn over and fry the other side.
5. Arrange the tinfoil in a baking dish and put the fried steak on it.
6. Transfer to the middle of the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
7. Arrange the grilled steak on a plate, wash and cut the cucumber and peppers into strips and arrange them.
8. Pour the oil broth from the skillet into a small bowl, add salt, black pepper, red wine, tomato salsa, and sugar and stir well, then pour it into a skillet and fry on low heat.
