Exercise:
1. Prepare a basin or a big bowl, and add oats first.
2. add protein powder. Any flavor of protein powder will do. )
3. Dig out about 5 spoonfuls of peanut butter and mix it in.
4. Finally, pour in the milk and stir it into a solid with a spoon.
5. Prepare a square mold iron basin or glass basin. Spray some olive oil on it, or pour some olive oil and rub it with an oil brush.
6. Pour the mixed solid into the mold and flatten it with a spoon. Then put it in the refrigerator.
7. Take it out after half an hour, and then cut it into small pieces with a knife.
