1, different culture conditions
Earth eggs are generally laid by hens raised by rural elderly with rice and millet. You can also find all kinds of locusts to eat by yourself at ordinary times. You haven't eaten feed or used oxytocin. Ordinary eggs are usually laid by hens raised collectively on farms.
The appearance of eggs is different.
The eggshell color of native eggs is darker than that of ordinary eggs, such as green eggs and white eggs. Secondly, native eggs are small, some eggshells are irregular, and ordinary eggs are big. Secondly, the yolk of earth eggs is thicker than that of protein, and it doesn't look as thin as ordinary eggs.
3. Different tastes
The two eggs cooked taste completely different. Many people admit that native eggs are delicate and delicious, while ordinary eggs are rough and have a light smell.
Precautions for egg storage:
1, eggs can't be placed horizontally: because the specific gravity of egg yolk is smaller than that of protein, if the egg is placed horizontally, the egg yolk will float and cling to the eggshell, becoming a sticky egg. Therefore, eggs should not be placed horizontally.
2. Refrigerator storage: put the big head up and the small head down, so that the yolk can float under the air chamber, which is conducive to ensuring the quality of eggs. Fresh eggs taken out of the refrigerator should be eaten as soon as possible, and should not be stored for a long time or refrigerated again. Because the eggs taken out of the refrigerator will produce small drops of water on the surface when exposed to hot air, so miscellaneous bacteria will attach to them.
3. Avoid coexistence with volatile substances: strong smells such as onions, ginger, peppers, etc. It will penetrate into the egg through the small holes in the eggshell and accelerate the deterioration of the egg.
4. How not to store in cold storage: Try to make egg-shaped holes with clean paper or cloth, so that each egg has an independent storage space to avoid direct exposure to the air.
