Ingredients
1 daikon, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 chili peppers, 2 tbsp seasoning A, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp seasoning B
How to make daikon
(1) Remove the skin of the daikon, and then remove the coarse skin fibers completely, wash and drain. Cut into thin slices, about 3×4 centimeters in size and set aside. The chili peppers were also sliced and set aside.
(2) Mix 1 tablespoon of salt with the sliced cabbage and marinate for about half an hour, then rinse and drain.
(3) Mix Seasoning A well, add garlic and chili peppers, and marinate for about 1 to 2 hours.
