500g pumpkin, 30g butter, half onion, 500ml beef or chicken soup, a little salt and pepper, and cream100ml.

1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Heat a pan, dissolve butter, add onion and fry for 5 minutes until soft.
2. Add pumpkin and soup and cook for 20 minutes until the pumpkin becomes soft.
