It has a deep red color, ripe fruit aromas of black plums, and a rich bouquet with tantalizingly subtle spice flavors that are perfectly balanced with notes of blackberries. It pairs well with spicy, sweet, and tart foods, all of which will perform admirably.

TORRES BULL'S BLOOD Red Wine is produced by Spain's most famous winery, Chateau Torres. Its winemaking grapes are produced in Catalonia, and the most characteristic grape varieties in Spain are used to make the wine, with a strong Spanish style.

The bouquet is round and rich, with fruity flavors (strawberries, plums and black currants) overlaying toasted bread and vanilla notes that have developed with age. It's better to drink it after half an hour, when the spiciness is mitigated by the acidity and the wine is much more balanced.

Shaken in the glass, the nose is very aromatic, with an intense bouquet of spice and smoke combined with other fruity flavors, which is the most attractive aspect of this wine. It is the work of the fourth generation of the Torres winemaking family. It is best served at 15-16°C.
