Material: 500g of pig tibia.
Accessories: 250g of adzuki bean.
Seasoning: cooking wine 10g, ginger 5g, onion 10g, salt 5g, chicken essence 2g, pepper 2g and chicken oil 20g.
1. Tremella fuciformis is soaked and torn into small flowers, and Hu Aishan slices are also soaked soft for later use;
2. Both adzuki beans and lotus seeds are soaked for about three hours in advance;
