How to make <Korean bibimbap>

Kimchi Fruit Korean Cold Noodles
Ingredients
1. Korean Cold Noodles (Quantity according to the number of people)
2. Korean kimchi
3. 1/2 to 1 tsp. of Korean Fish Sauce
4. A little bit of Korean Pepper
5. Korean Strips of radish
8. 2 slices of apple
9. 2 slices of pear
10. 2 slices of ginseng fruit
11. 2 slices of lemon
12. 1/2 piece of egg boiled in white water
13. Pinch of green onion
Preparation
Korean noodle, after cooking, cool it down quickly with cold boiled water or ice water, and Rinse off the surface mucus, control the water and put it in a bowl.
Submerge the daikon radish strips in cold water to reduce the salt content.
Pair the sauce with 2/3 cup cold boiling water, add the fish sauce and Korean kimchi with pepper, and toss to combine.
