Steps:
1. Mix plain flour with boiling water to make hot noodles, and put it aside to molasses for 30 minutes under a wet cloth.
2. Add the beef with chopped green onion, soy sauce, wine, salt and oil and mix in one direction to make the beef filling, then add the carrots cut into thin julienne and mix well.
3. Wrap the potstickers: roll out the skin, like a dumpling skin, and wrap it, similar to a dumpling, but leave small openings on both sides, slightly exposing the filling.
4. Add a little oil to the pan, put the pot stickers one by one in the pan, fry on low heat, cook some water in the middle, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for a while.
5. Simmer to 8 mature when you open the lid, and then drizzle a little oil, fry until fully mature.
