Usage of cake mix
For the cake you will need

2 eggs

150ml milk

3 tablespoons (60g) soft margarine or butter

20cm

For the icing

pre-prepared cake mix. >(40g) soft margarine or butter

\Pre-heated

Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F

(160°C is forced by fan). Grease and flour cake pans or lightly grease and line with baking paper.

\Mix

Place cake mix, eggs, milk and margarine or butter into a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to combine on low speed in 30 seconds.

Then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Dump the dough into the prepared cake pan.

\Bake

Bake at 40-45 minutes.

The cake is baked if it bounces backe in the center, when lightly touched. Let cool in 5 minutes before inverting to cool on racks.

\Icing

Place icing mix, margarine or butterand milk into a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to combine on low speed in 30 seconds.

Then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread the prepared icing over the top and sides of the cooled cake.

Place Cake

Mix, eggs, milk and margarine or butter into a large mixing bowl. Mix with a fork for minutes.

Dump the dough into a greased 20cm

(8'') microwave-safe doughnut pan. Microwave on the upper stream for 5 minutes.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 5 minutes before inverting on a cooling rack.

Prepare icing as directed above.
