12 lettuce, 2 red peppers, 8 garlic cloves, appropriate amount of salt, 2 glass bottles and appropriate amount of soy sauce.
2. Method:
(1) Prepare lettuce, preferably fresh lettuce, and remove the skin and leaves.
(2) Wash the lettuce, cut it into coarse sections, and marinate it with proper amount of salt, which is slightly more than the salt usually put in cooking, but not too salty. After marinating for half an hour, pour out the water and let it dry in the sun for about 2 days until it is 7% dry.
(3) After drying, prepare clean water-free and oil-free glass bottles. Put lettuce in a glass bottle and add lettuce soaked in soy sauce. You can eat it in three days at the earliest.
(4) If there is no glass bottle, a small amount of pickling can be soaked in a bowl, and then covered with plastic wrap. Note that lettuce must not be too salty when pickled, because soy sauce is also a little salty.
(5) Store it in a dry place, and you can eat it within 3 days at the earliest.
