Main ingredients:
250g flour, 100g sweet potato
Accessories:
15g yeast, 1g alkali (for seasoning)

Method:
1. Add flour, baking powder and water to knead into a dough/ directly add the remaining dough and water from the secondary fermentation to knead into a dough and steam the sweet potatoes for 10 minutes
2. Wait for 1 hour for the flour to ferment, then add sweet potatoes and knead it into a dough
3. Pull out the dough or roll it into a long strip and cut out the dough (make sure to leave a small piece of dough for next fermentation)
4. Place a rack in the pot, a steaming plate with holes on the rack, and a piece of cloth on the steaming plate
5. Steam for 7 minutes
