How to make it
1. Cut the cod into long strips and marinate it with rice wine and pepper and salt for about 5 minutes.
2. Take a bowl and mix the crunchy frying powder with water to make a char.
3. Dip the cod into the char and then into the breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the oil to 180℃, slowly add the cod strips of Method 3 and fry until the surface is golden brown and crispy, then drain the oil.
