Steps
Step by Step<
1. Wash and shred the onion.
2. Slice the pork.
3. In a bowl, add soy sauce, Meijin, vinegar, oyster sauce and sugar and mix well.
4. Fry both sides of the fish head in a skillet and set aside.
5. Heat peanut oil in a casserole dish and add shredded onion.
6. Stir fry the flavor.
7. Then sprinkle a layer of fresh garlic on top of the onions.
8. Then lay the sliced pork on top of the fresh garlic.
9. Put the head of dish fish in the skillet.
10. Will be adjusted to the sauce evenly poured on top, and then pour white wine on high heat.
11. Cover and turn to a small fire to boil for 15 minutes.
