2. Wash the pork first, then cut it into thin slices, put it in a bowl, and marinate it with proper amount of salt, shredded ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine and peanut oil for ten minutes.
3. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
4. Put oil in a hot pot, add garlic and stir fry, and put the meat slices in the pot.
5. Stir-fry over high fire until it becomes discolored, then shovel it to the side of the pot, then put a proper amount of oil in the pot space, then add mushrooms, and add a proper amount of salt to stir fry and taste.
6. Add a few drops of soy sauce and stir-fry pork for about 30 seconds.
7. Cover and bake over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
8. Then stir-fry over high heat for about 10 second.
