Fried Eggplant Boxes, Shredded Pork with Green Pepper

Fried Eggplant Boxes
Main Ingredients: Eggplant, Pork Stuffing
Meat Stuffing Seasoning: chopped green onion, minced ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, white pepper, five spices, sesame oil, yellow wine.
Seasoning: egg, cornstarch, water, salt.
1. Eggplant washed, thinly sliced, two slices of a pair, or cut into segments, cut in half, do not cut off.
