Steps:

1. Put a proper amount of red tea or Pu 'er tea leaves into boiling water, and slowly cook for about 20 minutes with slow fire, so that the taste of tea leaves can be completely released.

Precautions:

1. The time for cooking tea should be well controlled. Too strong or too weak tea will affect the taste.

2. The amount of ghee and butter can be moderately increased or decreased according to personal taste. The quality of ghee will also affect the taste of butter tea, and high-quality ghee will be more fragrant.

3. The function of salt is to remove the bitter taste of tea, but it should not be too much, otherwise it will affect the taste.

4. The amount of sugar should also be appropriate. Too sweet buttered tea will make people feel uncomfortable.
