Raw materials: 500 grams of blue crab; Method: stir-fry; Ingredients: ginger, onion, yellow wine 1 2, salt10g, monosodium glutamate, sugar and oil.
3. Green crab bean curd pot
Raw materials: 500 grams of blue crab; Method: stew; Ingredients: 250g of tofu, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, shredded pork, ginger slices, onion, garlic, yellow wine, salt10g, monosodium glutamate, sugar and oil.
4. Baihua Crab Pills
Raw materials: 500 grams of blue crab; Methods: Clear boiling; Ingredients: 50 grams of starch, egg white, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, yellow wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar and oil.
5. Drunk blue crabs
Raw materials: 500 grams of blue crab; Methods: Clear boiling; Ingredients: yellow rice wine1000g, and cook until the blue crab is cooked.
