2. Remove the tofu and drain it. Add oil to the pot and heat it to 70% heat. Pour in the tofu. Fry until golden brown, and take out for later use.

4. Shred ginger and dried peppers.

Tip:
1. During the whole cooking and frying process, stir-fry with high fire to shorten the cooking and frying time as much as possible.
Don't open such a big fire when frying tofu, the fried tofu will float and be fished out when it is golden.
