Tomatoes can be eaten with broccoli. Here is one way to eat both, broccoli fried tomatoes.
Required ingredients: tomatoes, broccoli, garlic and seasonings, cooking oil, etc..
The first step: cut the broccoli into suitable size pieces.
Step 2: Blanch the broccoli in a pot of boiling water.
Step 3: Fish it out once it is slightly browned.
Step 4: Slice the garlic and set aside.
Step 5: Slice the tomatoes thickly, about 5 millimeters.
Step 6: Add a moderate amount of cooking oil to the pan.
Step 7: When the oil is hot, add the broccoli and tomatoes at the same time and stir-fry.
Step 8: Stir-fry until both become soft and add garlic slices.
