Practice
1. Soak Lady Enforcers in clear water, and clean it;
2. wash and cut the old kidney;
3. Wash the head of the sparerib, soak it in water, and scoop it up;
4. Boil clear water, add Lady Enforcers, Chenshen, sparerib head, candied dates, ginger slices and rice wine, boil over high heat, turn to low heat for one and a half hours, and season with salt.
