How to brew Nescafe well?

Nestle coffee brewing is good with coffee mate and condensed milk or plain milk.

It is recommended to prepare a can of coffee mate. Adding some coffee mate in the process of brewing coffee can often enhance the mellowness of the coffee and regulate the taste. Coffee mate is a more common coffee partner, but it doesn't have much flavor. So, if you want to add some sweetness to your coffee, you also need condensed milk. The flavor of condensed milk brewed with water is close to that of milk, and the sweetness is higher, so it's a good choice to add some condensed milk when brewing coffee.

In addition, pure milk is also a good choice for brewing coffee, with pure milk brewed out of the coffee with a bit of milk flavor, more mellow, without losing the bitter taste of coffee. However, we should note that it is best to heat the milk slightly before brewing coffee with pure milk, so that the brewed coffee will be better.

Methods of brewing coffee:

1, brewing method

The easiest way is to put the ground coffee in a cup, add hot water, and while it cools, the ground coffee will sink to the bottom of the cup. This is an old method that is still used in some parts of Indonesia. Be careful not to eat the ground coffee at the bottom of the cup. The good thing about this method is that it is simple and the water temperature is just right.

2, pressurized method

Espresso is made by passing hot water at 80 to 96 degrees Celsius through a compacted cake of ground coffee at a force of 8 to 9 atmospheres, usually only 30 milliliters a cup. It is one of the strongest of the common coffees, with a distinctive aroma and a touch of oil floating on the surface. It can be consumed on its own; it can also be further made into a variety of other beverages. It has a concentrated character and is low in caffeine due to its fast brewing.

3, gravity method

First, fill a filter cup with very coarsely ground coffee powder, which is about 10 grams for one person. Then put the filter cup into the pot, the hot water will be added to the height of about 1 cm from the filter cup and began to heat. When the hot water boils, the water vapor climbs up the pipe in the center and sprays out from above. The hot water produces a convection flow that falls onto the ground coffee inside the filter cup, and the coffee ingredients are extracted.

4, dip filter method

A tall, thin glass cylinder with a piston with a filter. Hot water and coffee in the cylinder for four to seven minutes, and then by the piston filter to the bottom of the coffee ground pressure, the upper layer of coffee can be poured out to drink. This "total immersion method" is considered by many experts to be the ideal home brewing method for coffee.

5, ice brewing method

Ice brewed coffee, also known as iced drip coffee, and the four above the biggest difference, that is, do not use hot water, but the use of ice cubes slowly dissolved by the resulting ice water, slowly dripping through the filter containing the coffee. Therefore, the preparation of a cup of iced coffee is time-consuming and costly, but the flavor is excellent.
