Prepare leeks, sausages, peppers and eggs.

Dice leek, ham sausage and pepper for later use.

Put leek and ham sausage in a large bowl, beat in eggs, add proper amount of salt and cooking wine and stir well.

Put oil in the hot pot and saute the Chili.

Pour the evenly stirred egg paste into the pot.
