Accessories: appropriate amount of red beans and sugar.
1. Wash sweet potatoes, purple potatoes and taro, steam them in water, and peel them.
2. flatten the taro slightly and put it in a cooking cup. Add 10- 15g water, and beat into taro paste.
3. Put 150g cassava starch into a large bowl and add the mashed sweet potatoes.
4. Knead cassava starch and sweet potato into a smooth dough. If the dough is dry, add some water. If it is wet, add some tapioca starch.
5. Divide the sweet potato dough into several portions, knead one portion into slender strips, and cut into 2 cm long slices with a chopping board, so that the taro is slightly round.
6. Purple potatoes and taro are also kneaded with cassava starch and cut into appropriate sizes.
7. Boil a pot of boiling water, add taro and cook until it floats.
8. Add water to the pot, add the honey red beans and water cooked before, and add the right amount of sugar.
9. Put the red beans and taro balls in a bowl, and add a proper amount of red bean syrup to serve.
