The method of steaming tilapia is as follows:
1. Choose a tilapia (live fish) of equal size, kill it and wash it.
2. Cut the green onion into long thin strips and the ginger into thin strips.

3. Fill the pot with water and boil the fish for 8 minutes. (6 minutes is enough for a very small one), pour out the water from the steamed fish dish

5. Pour vegetable oil (preferably peanut oil, more) into the wok and heat until the oil smokes.
