Meatballs are so flavorful. Today, I cooked this soup with mushrooms and lettuce, and it's a great breakfast for the family with a meal kit or something. Mushrooms are easy to cook, so be careful not to cook them too long.
Ingredients
Meatballs 150g
Lettuce 1
Quail's egg 1 portion
Pepper
Fine salt 1 teaspoon
Mushroom 80g

Boil the quail eggs under, rinse them again and then peel off the shells and set aside.

In a soup pot, add water to boil, put lettuce and mushrooms into the pot to boil.
